Luigi and team did a great job in upgrading our downstairs cloakroom toilet. He listened to what we were trying to do, made suggestions at the right point and the quality of work and final finish was very high. Overall we are very happy and will look to work with him again on future projects.

Luigi and his team are excellent. They did a brilliant job on refurbing our flat following a leak caused by the flat above. The standard of their work is exceptionally high and they worked very hard to complete the job on time too. The team were very tidy and cleaned the flat before leaving. Luigi is a lovely guy, extremely knowledgeable and very reliable. We highly recommend Luigi (Monte Design), we will definitely us him again.

This is my first house and first renovation and refurbishment project in UK. Luigi and his team have demonstrated the skill, experience, profession, passion, and capability over the past few months. He is very committed and reliable-he delivered more than what we expected. He is efficient-he completed the work within 2-3 months. As we are not around to understand the progress on weekly/monthly basis. He has updated us proactively on weekly basis. We are happy with the progress and the work so we have appointed him to do more work-phrase 2. He has kept his promise-he said “You will not be disappointed with me doing the project” when we first met. He did that! He is considerate and willing to put himself in my place. I like the new look of my house very much! I had ever regretted to buy an old house as everyone said it could be a nightmare to do renovation and refurbishment. I did sleep well! Thanks Luigi!

Very efficient and professional.

Luigi from the start was honest, thorough, dedicated and his attention to detail and work is impressive. We are new owners and are renovating a property for the first time. After quite a few set backs and some really not great situation with workers we felt very deflated. However with a great new energy he gave us advice and guidance throughout. As well as being very safe during this pandemic he was a pleasure to have working in the house. The tiling work, as Luigi discovered quickly, would require a lot of cuts, uneven surfaces and a lot of mapping out to make it look right which to any tiler less skilled would have been a nightmare. However he was up for the challenge and the result is beautiful. Without hesitation he wanted to make sure this was done for us in time for Christmas with extra added jobs like bringing in his carpenter to cut our island worktop and an electrician to make sure everything was done properly and neatly which we are so grateful for given we had been messed around before. I'm pretty sure our house was neater after he left! Honestly could not have higher praises for him, his work ethic and his attention to detail. We will be having Luigi back ( if he will have us!!) Thank you so much again and to anyone reading this don't hesitate to hire him and his team.

Luigi did a truly amazing job with our kitchen. He has been extremely professional, helpful and he likes to do his job with precision and care. He gave us a lot of helpful advice too and did much more of what he was supposed to do accordingly to his quote. He even took me to the tiles shop personally when we found out that I didn't buy enough of them! Both me and my partner were working from home while he was renovating our kitchen and we had no issues or discomfort during that time. It was actually a pleasure to have him and his team around! I'm looking forward to call him again for our next project. I highly reccomend him!

Luigi was great from the start to finish of our bathroom project. At the beginning he gave us plenty of his time in planning and choosing what we wanted, recommending the ideal types and sizes of fixtures. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Luigi was always on time and even worked saturdays in order to finish our bathroom by the time we moved in. We are so pleased with our bathroom/wet room, it's the best room in the house! I would happily hire Luigi again and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family should they need a builder.

Luigi and his team completed a decent sized month-long project for us in the early summer - new bathroom, room conversion and new window, and a myriad of little jobs. From start to finish, we were always thankful that we had found Luigi to help us with the work - extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and experienced, always reachable, lots of good ideas, very reasonable cost and, critically, very high standards and expectations for the quality of work. We wouldn't hesitate to entrust any further work to Luigi and have recommended him to several friends who have enlisted his services.
