    Test/replace exterior rotary isolator switch

    Max was very helpful both on the initial telephone call and at his attendance - within 24 hours! - to complete all the necessary work. This was within the reasonable quote. He was professional throughout. Cannot ask for more.

    Security L>ights

    Max came with a view to giving me a quote but when saw the job said he could do it now He did that and he was very professional and freindly One unit needs to be replaced and I told him I was happy for him to do that and gave him more work to do at the same time

    Kitchen Electrical Work

    Thank you so much for a great job done! Max fitted pendant lights, LED lighting, indoor and outdoor sockets. He was on time, very quick and efficient. All the work was well done. I would recommend him very highly.

    Oven and extractor install

    Fitted oven for me and he needs to carry a spirit level with him

    The following is my text to the client after receiving the feedback: I Apologise to see your not happy with how I left my work. I'm sorry too it was not brought to my attention too so I could rectify it before. I'm happy to still rectify and also refund you if you give me the opportunity to correct. Clients reply: I paid £50 for work and oven is lopsided. My reply: Considering an oven only fits into a pre existing space this is unusual. My question still remains are you happy for me to correct this and refund you in exchange for not damaging my reputation. In all honesty I would have come immediately if you let me know you were not happy. My summary: It is what it is, the client is obviously having a bad day.
