    Leaking pipe from radiator
    Came out to fix a leak on my radiator, 2 attempts at fixing said leak and £55 later... still leaking. Didn’t return calls after the second visit.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Rosie, First off all I haven't receive any back call from you and secondly when I was fixing your radiator's pipe you told me that me and my boyfriend took and radiator off and broke the pipe then I ask you that could I install your radiator back on wall? You said that no we needed to plaster our wall, just fixed the pipe. I advised you that please don't hang the radiator back by yourself because your radiator pipe is 8mm and its flexible. Call Plumber or heating Engineer. You said okay. I said to you if you get any leak or any help, call me And your dad was there and he said definitely we will do. If you got leaking you could leave this feedback same day, after one day, after two day and you left this feedback after 4 days. And you didn't call me when I received your feedback I tried to call you to fix your problem and want to see where is a leak but you didn't answer my phone. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks

    very good he was on time and fitted the oven in no time at all he was really friendly and explained it all as he went along gave us a price and the price was right would use him again most helpful
