Muhammad was very professional and responsive. He attended my flat within 2 hours of connecting with him. He completed the inspection of the electricals and provided me a written report and estimate for repairs within an hour of his visit. He made safe (disconnected circuit) of heating system which had been damaged by the water leak from flat above. He was quick to respond to my follow-up questions on the condition of the electricals and his proposal for repairs. I look forward to working with Muhammad again soon.

Muhammad was fantastic! After thinking the issue was resolved on his first trip, it transpired that the issue with the washing machine was a manufacturer issue on his second trip. Muhammed reimbursed me the full amount initially paid - would 100% use again!

Muhammad is a diligent professional who embodies honesty and patience. He restored electricity to our house, which had fire damage 2 years ago. Many other electricians in the area were quoting for a full re-wire - clearly that was not necessary and I thank him for his support and very competitively priced quote!
