Mike was excellent to deal with from the initial contact to completing the job. He communicated well and was quick to come round to give a quote. He went out onto the roof and gave me a clear description of the work that needed doing, including photos of lead that had cracked and needed replacing. He talked through two options for fixing the problems and gave me very competitive quotes. He even added an extra job which another roofer had suggested without increasing the price. He managed to fit the job in on a mutually convenient Saturday just before Christmas, and on the day he and his workmate worked efficiently and professionally. Overall I hired Mike because I really felt I could trust him (from first meeting him and from his excellent feedback on this site) and because he was so friendly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody.

Absolutely chuffed with the final product the chimney flashing looks excellent with no leaks after the rain this afternoon and evening. The new soffits, fascia and guttering look amazing has really improved the house Kirb appeal, top craftsmanship. Everything from the joins to the equal spacing of the air vents is perfect. Worked cleanly and quickly, very efficient and very very high standard, will definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs roof work doing. Thank you so much.

Mike replaced the felt, battens and tiles on our roof. Throughout the job he kept us up to date with progress and was always prompt at returning phone calls etc. His quality of work looks good and best of all the roof comes with a 10 year guarantee which gives us peace of mind. I would not hesitate to use him again for future roof work.

They came when they said they would and completed this small job well, even in drizzly weather. We were very pleased.

Very professional and easy to work with. A perfectionist at his job and he gave me a five year warrantee. (I doubt if I'll have to use it!) I'd recommend him to anyone.

Mike responded to my request first, visited within a few days and looked in the attic as well. Prior to hiring Mike he was also very efficient at communication and answering questions honestly etc. Once hired Mike and Aaron both worked incredibly hard throughout the job in all weathers from 38 degrees C to rain, amazing, they don't hang about! They're both very keen, they offer to do other little jobs with no extra charge, plus extra jobs as requested by my husband and myself. Overall, very pleased, Mike and Aaron are very hard working and pleasant guys. Thanks to you both. We'd hire again.
