The project was to take off the roof covering and all timbers. Also a new traditional slate roof, all new rafters, plates, purlins and struts and new lead flashings. Micheal also installed new roof windows, new fascias and guttering, took out and replaced cracked supporting brickwork and a lot more.
The agreed timescale of 5 weeks was kept to, and this included adding a kitchen and bathroom fitting to the project. All costs were either what I would have expected or slightly less (I have had 25 years experience in building cost management). Michael's strengths are that he is reliable and honest, a good organizer and co-coordinator, good roofing skills and he gets on well with clients!
