WOW, this is crazy, all the money we pay in shortlist fees and mybuilder allow a lying customer to slander my name, i have contacted mybuilder and sent them prove i did extra work and still they allow this, look at my past feedback, if anything i have charged customers less, never ever more, firstly description was wrong, carpet wasn't new, it was brought from another house, had marks all over it, that i had to cut around, it wasn't just the stairs, they didn't mention the landing and hall in job details until i turned up, there was an awkward shaped landing with loads of doors, and a small hallway, which meant i spent a extra 2 and half hours fitting, , and they expect me to charge the same £70, am i meant to just work an extra 2 n half hours for nothing, diesel costs £10.00, mybuilder cost £6.00, so that means i would of had to do the full job for £54. so i added £30 for the extra 2 n half hours i spent there. i find it a pleasure to jobs for appreciative customers, the ones that see what effort i am putting into a good job. then you get these who try to scrimp and scrap any penny back instead of appreciating what i did.
