I would highly recommend Midland Roofline. The communications and quality of work were excellent. Even though there were some delays to the job, I was get informed of what was happening. Unfortunately, I have plenty of experience of builders letting me down due to the relatively inconvenient access to my property. However, no such problems here. Both Midland Roofline and the scaffold company that was used provided excellent service and were on time. The quality of both the product and the work was excellent and so far all is working well. It is great to go through a winter without the roof leaking. As I said at the start, I have no reservations about my recommendation and would happily use again.

Ellis called to arrange a visit and talked through several options with me. The quote came through the same day and whilst I had cheaper quotes Midland Roofline did the job properly and safely with scaffolding rather than a ladder, which was what I wanted. Ellis was super friendly, updated me throughout the job with photos and left my property clean and tidy, even giving the drive a hose down. Most importantly the job was done as agreed and to a very high standard. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Midland Roofline, in fact I have passed on their details to a friend already.

Ellis is extremely professional and gave me a very honest review of the work i needed completing. He advised me where i could save money by pointing out what didn't need doing (which I appreciated greatly) and the items which did need attention. Ellis proceeded to provide me with a very reasonable quotation for which he carried out the work to a very high standard. He also sent me pictures of the finished work as i couldn't see it (being on the roof) I am a property investor and will be booking Ellis in the future should i require his services. Highly recommended on all fronts.
