    Thanks Ellis and Matt. Job well done. Did what I ask for,{ RE CONFIGURE CAR PORT} came on time completed the job in the time specified, plus thanks for replacing my two fence panels. 3/5/17.

    Urgent replacement of tiles

    Couldn't recommend Ellis enough he was prompt, honest, thorough and extremely helpful with an urgent job that needed completing. Will definitely be using in the future

    new roof for a large shed

    Leaking roof

    Ellis did a great job, he was super communicative and showed us pictures of what needed to be fixed before he did the job and the work he'd done to fix the problem once he'd finished. He was very easy to deal with and a true gent. He arrived on time and did a great job. I'd highly recommend Ellis!

    Fitting clay tiles and arris hips to newly built roof

    Negative so will simply state facts Agreed a start date some time in the future to coincide with our return from holiday. Midland Roofline came a day early and were unable to start as we were obviously still away. Instead of waiting until the following day and starting on the agreed date Midland started another job instead. I was told the delay to starting my job was now 3 weeks, despite chasing up for a firm date no further communication was made. Having started the quote process back in February and forced to repeat the exercise, my job will now not be complete until May, the only positive is I ended up with a 10% lower price.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    We are disappointed to receive this negative feedback which is totally unjustified and not representative of our customer service commitment. Our scaffolding contractor arrived on the date AGREED with the customer. We were NOT informed that he would be on holiday on the agreed date of the scaffold erection or of the holiday at all. The scaffold team called me the morning of the AGREED date to advise that the customer had left their car blocking the access and the scaffold could not be erected. I left 4 voicemails and had no return calls. The customer wanted us to complete the Job without the scaffold putting us at risk which I wasn't prepared to do. I offered an alternative date with completion in April which was rejected by the customer.

    Fix a couple of broken tiles

    A very professional and efficient roofing contractor, they arrived on time and fixed our roof with minimum fuss. The new tiles were placed carefully to blend in with the rest of the roof and you would never know that Hurricane Doris had done the damage in the first place. Excellent service, friendly chaps and all done quick and easily. Would highly recommend!

    Replace / refit roof ridge tiles.

    I would recommend Midland Roofline and thank Ellis for the work he recently completed on my roof. He provided a clear explanation of what options / cost were available to complete my work - gave a business card along with his estimate, and was able to carry out the work promptly as agreed. Many thanks again Ellis for a thoroughly professional service.

    Pointing and slates

    To great lads .very pleasant ,let me know exactly what they had to do ,was difficult job as I had solar panels on roof ,but solved problem by asking neighbors to use there's .Good job expertly finished .My car was in garage and the lads even took me to garage when they were leaving .Now that is service .Mrs K Tyers

    Soffits for Semi Detached house

    Ellis recently completed updating my soffits and guttering. The work was done to the highest standard and enough praise cannot be given to the team. They have done a brilliant job and Ellis was giving me updates and walking through the changes throughout. The price quoted was very competitive and worth every penny. I cannot recommend them enough 5* service
