Mark was fantastic! Very helpful, punctual and a very reasonable price! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Mark came round for a chat and to look at the work, agreed on a price. Mark came round on time did a good job, cleared up after the work was done. Mark is a friendly nice guy, spent time chatting while he worked. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Mark came and looked at the job on the agreed date and time, following which he was able to provide me with a written quote immediately. He explained the work required and took extra time to ensure I understood how it would work. He and his lad were very polite and worked hard to get the work completed with minimal disruption. Mark even came back when asked to, in order to rectify a small issue. I have yet to find the time to paint the fresh plaster work so time will tell, but with all the rain we have had recently, I'm pleased to say no damp patches have appeared so far. Mid-UK Property Solutions provided a professional service and I'd be happy to recommend them to others. Thank you.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Came and quoted for the job I needed doing. Gave clear instructions as to what was happening and for how long it would take. Also was happy to leave him with a key and he came and went when needed. He took pictures along the way too. If there was a star rating he would get 5
