Did great work on the living room, quick, very good price and overall great experience. Will be referring a friend to him and will be in touch for my next lot of painting.

Mick Poole recently painted my kitchen. To say that his work is shoddy, is an understatement. He only put one coat of paint in all areas. Although he insists that he put two coats of coloured emulsion on the walls, I know for a fact that he only applied one coat. I When it came to glossing the door, he told me that one coat would be sufficiant. After he left, I inspected the door, only to find several paint runs. He spent approximately two hours painting. I would have thought that he would have been at my property for a lot longer than he was. I paid the amount in cash, which was £200.00. I have most definately been overcharged for substandard work. Mick should have done the work with 'reasonable care and skill'. This means he should have done a good job that's worth the amount he charged me. "The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that reasonable care and skill must be used while working. That said, I will be taking this matter further.

Mick arrived and masked everything and laid down a cloth on the floor and transparent film on worktops to protect them from paint splashes. He arrived at 0800 and worked through till about 1130. He tidied up as he worked and left virtually nothing to clean up. Would definitely recommend Mick and have asked him to quote for more jobs.

Mick is like Speedy Gonzalez! We will no doubt get him back when we need more decorating doing, he was very clear in communicating, turned up on time, got it done in about a third of the time I’d expected! Didn’t make a mess, was friendly and professional

Very Happy with the work done and a good price. Very hard worker and arrived on time. Cleaned up when finished and took away all rubbish. Wouldn't hesitate to have him again. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
