Job was completed quickly, a job well done, would definitely use mark again if needed, highly recommend.

Mark responded quickly and as he was local (Leicester in lockdown) I was happy to give him the job and was very happy with his service, keeping social distance is easy when one person is on a roof!

Incredible service. Problem reported Wednesday evening and fixed the very next day. Very reasonable and friendly service.

I had a severely leaking and rotten flat roof. Mark was the first person to contact me, come out to assess the job, and provide a quote. Although I had many other people to review the leaking roof and provide a quote, mark was the cheapest but due to his work schedule could not start till the following week. I subsequently contacted me to schedule his arrival and informed me of what he was going to do. On further inspection his work colleague found parts of the roof completely rotten, including the water logged ceiling of the room below. We decided that the scope of the work was larger than originally anticipated, and as such I was requoted an additional amount, which was still far cheaper than all of the other quotes. Mark and his team worked extremely hard, were polite and very tidy, taking all of the rubbish away with them. I would have no trouble recommending mark to anyone else, since the results of his work are truly professional. Mark also went to the trouble to recommend an interior decorator for the wet walls and a plasterer for the internal cieling. I really can't thank mark enough, and with the bonus of a full written guarantee, I never expected such professional work for the money that I paid. Well worth it. Many thanks, John

Mark had a look at the conservatory wall and advised against lead capping but applying a waterproof grey liquid coating and sealing onto neighbours lean to and that this would also be a cheaper option, this looks to have worked and the conservatory wall seems to be drying out nicely after months of damp and will soon be ready for redecorating.

Very impressed with the work. it only took 2 days. The work men are very friendly and knowledgeable. Theye were able to advise us of what work needed doing, and cleaned up after themselves Will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will be using them again if needed.

Mark called and arrived when he said he would he kept me informed and arranged a day to complete - I am thankful given the heavy rain that decided to drip in my bedroom ! Mark contacted me soon after I shortlisted him and arrived at the agreed time. As it was a small job he was able to do it straightaway for which I was very grateful given the weather. He is someone I would happily call on again.

Great communication from this tradesperson kept me informed all the way, turned up when he said and completed the job as promised. Very fair price quoted. Would happily recommend.

Not got back to arrange job but accepted job with no otger communication. Poor job handling process.
