Ryan helped us do a gas safety check and a pre-house purchase check of the plumbing throughout the property. It was really helpful and highlighted some minor issues for us to be aware of ahead of completion. Ryan was prompt and communicative throughout.

Mr McEwan was prompt in responding to emails and telephone calls. He was very willing to work on Sundays and into the evening given the urgency of the work. He was careful to analyse the problem and identify the cause and effect before making his quotation with a no charge site visit. Such a visit was essential. Besides the preliminary site visit, the job required two visits to complete, which were carried out on a Saturday and Monday evening. His attitude was very polite and professional. The work itself was carried out with due care and attention in a professional manner. His charges were reasonable and value for money. The problem was successfully dealt with. He could have tidied up a bit better after the first visit but did so properly after the second. I will be using him in the future for my plumbing needs.

The worse tradesmen you possibly could find only after your money , be aware of this person Ryan he keeps asking money before during the contract and never finishes job but want more and more money , we hired him on 29th August and he asked for non refundable deposit £200 before the contract so I paid Deposit on the day started then he asked more money again for works (agreed to remove old suits and fit new bath tub and finish the pipe works ) ok so I paid him another £185 for that but it was very disappointing to see he only removed the old suits and old tiles that’s all , he did not fit the tub and pipes works So I contacted him about it and he told me he will do the next day and I must pay all the money by tomorrow as he has a business to run time is money for him , he will NOT put customers first that’s for sure , I questioned him for the work I paid but he didn’t do it and he argued about need more money otherwise he refused to return to work if I did not agree to Pay more money —this is the cowboy plumber keeps asking money but no works be done ! And he wanted to run off with my money and refused to do the work , so I beg him to continue the work the next day and he asked for more money so the next day he arrived at 9am and starting arguing with me instead of get on with works until 11am he did not do any works but asking for money . I felt gutted worry he would not return and he never returned He left with a big mess in my bathroom and disappeared with my money Money

Ryan is very professional and very good at what he does. He even came and completed the job on a Sunday which we were very impressed with. He responds quickly to messages and does exactly he says he’s going do. He also takes his rubbish away and cleans up as he goes along. I would definitely hire Ryan again and would highly recommend him. On top of all that he is a nice guy.
