Very happy with the service from MBS Property Maintenance, Mel was prompt with his quote, and once agreed he arrived on time as promised and more importantly did a first class job. When finished he cleared up and left the house clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Mel fitted coving in my living room, I specified my needs & Mel gave me a very reasonable quote. Excellent communication, very thorough doing the job, you can see he takes pride in his work. Very tidy & pleasant. I’m so pleased I have asked Mel to return to do my bathroom flooring & skirting boards & a box to hide the toilet pipes. I 100% recommend Mel

Mel did a fantastic job he replaced 2 fence panels and a post.. he was very helpful as the gutter had been leaking and he sorted that out to. First time the gutter has been good for years. I messed him about and had to cancel original day he had planned to come and he was fine and just rebooked.. very tidy and cleaned up and swept everything after he had finished . He also took away all the old wood etc. Would give him 16 out of 10 if I could.. perfect..

Job started at time agreed. Work was carried out speedily and finished to a good standard. There was a minimum of mess.
