Excellent tradesman. The work was done very quickly, he let me know when he was arriving and he was on time. He explained exactly what needed to be done and the reasons why and the cost. The work was faultless and he was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this tradesman without hesitation and I will certainly be keeping his number for the future.

Mark came at the time promised for a quote and carried out the job as promised. Mark has very good time management and communication skills which is an added bonus when using tradesmen and would recommend him to others.

I needed a new banister fitting and Mark came round and gave me a good value quote. The work was completed in less than a day and my new banister looks amazing! It is excellent quality, was very good value, and he tidied up before I came home. I was very impressed and I would not hesitate to use him again for any joinery work I need in future.

Mark contacted me and came out to provide a quote very quickly. It was a very competitive price and he clearly explained the options to us - so we asked him to go ahead with the job. He did a great job and a year later it still looks great. I would happily recommend Mark and ask him to do further work. (Apologies for the delay in leaving feedback Mark.)

I really don't want to leave negative feedback, so I will leave neutral as the job did not get done. Really nice chap, came and quoted for a job very quickly, and I accepted. We arranged a day for the job to be done and he didn't turn up. I work full time and had to book a day off for this, also had arranged for daycare for dog so it wouldn't annoy him, which was an added expense. He did apologise as he had forgotten to put job in diary, but I was very disappointed. I am sure the job would have been done to a good quality based upon the great reviews on here, and I understand mistakes happen... but if I didn't turn up for work without warning and forgot, there would be a complaint made, and therefore I feel its only fair i put this on here. Sorry if this seems out of order, but I am very disappointed. Reliability is very important to me.

Shortened 6 doors and kitchen kick boards after new flooring fitted - very efficient, great communication, very tidy and excellent results. Very professional throughout - came to review the job, quote was good value and gave good timescale and expectations for completion. Would use again for other joinery work.
