Was a star, very helpful even though i had acquired wrong materials and offered good advice

Radek of Max Bud is a reliable and trust-worthy builder; he will deliver things on-time as agreed and can do what he promises. His price is also competitive. His performance so far is very positive and he will complete my job within the next 2 weeks or so. After we examine the end products, then I will file in a fuller report regarding his qualiity of workmanship, fine details, etc......Thank you. p.s. his works for us include a new kitchen, new shower,new store room, re-partitioning, some new floors, radiators, re-painting the whole flat, shelvings, etc....

We recently used Jakub and his team to repaint, and in places replaster, most of our house. We were very happy with the standard of the work carried out. They were very helpful, tidy and friendly and we would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them.

Plastering and flooring was carried out well on my flat. Even though I was away for most of the work Radek kept me up to date with progress with emails and photos. He took delivery of materials I ordered. In general the work was undertaken well and Radek was happy to undertake final snagging list at short notice. I would recommend MAX-BUD and would employ their services again.

I hired MAX-BUD to refurbish a 2 bedroom flat, which was left in a sorry state by the previous occupant. Not knowing any tradesmen in Edinburgh I found this site and posted the job. Jakub responded immediately, provided a good offer at a reasonable price, and MAX-BUD was able to do the job at short notice. Jakub and his team are friendly, efficient and reliable. They come up with ideas and suggestions and they will tell you what possible or what would be better. Itis clear that they want their customers to be happy with the result. There was the odd misunderstanding and minor detail, but I have found them to do an excellent job, providing value for money. I am hoping to hire them again for a similar job in the near future.

Hi Jacub came out at short notice to replace a cracked bathroom sink. They turned up promptly as agreed and replaced the sink. Excellent Job! The quote charged for the work was also very reasonable. Would fully recommend Max-Bud and will use them again in future.

• Radoslaw turned up precisely on time and was extremely approachable and polite. Together we spent over two hours going over almost every available option on the work I wanted done to the flat (right down to colors and lighting impressions). During this time he paid great attention to detail and covered almost every single aspect we collectively thought of and eventually left reminding me that anything we had missed could be easily added for consideration. When he advised he would get me a quote with sample pictures he delivered precisely as promised (almost to within the hour). • • Unfortunately due to an accident before the work starting the flat was not adequately prepared but the guys had no problem going out of their way to help me sort things out and throughout the project work proceeded at a rapid pace sometimes with a lot more workmen on site that I would have expected. Any problems identified were resolved quickly and efficiently with additional samples being brought in when appropriate to check their suitability to both the new apartment layout and lighting environment. At the end of the project the apartment was delivered in pristine condition on time (to the day) and on budget. Teething problems discovered (as there inevitably will be) after the work were completed quickly with little hassle at times of my choosing. Overall Radoslaw & Jakub were an excellent bunch of guys to work with and I would heartily recommend them

Very easy company to deal with. Radoslaw was punctual, knowledgeable about his trade and did a great job. Competitively priced and got the job done very quickly. Would recommend and hire again.
