I wasn't sure what kind of tradesperson I would need to mount my tv, soundbar and cabinets to the wall, so posted it on My Builder with a short description. Jakub responded almost immediately confirming he could do the job, as did another couple of tradesmen. I checked their feedback and chose Jakub because it was all so positive.
We exchanged numbers and I sent pictures of the job via WhatsApp the same night, and Jakub confirmed the job would cost £100, which I thought was really reasonable. We arranged the job for a couple of days' time.
It dawned on me the next day that I didn't have the the wall bracket for the t.v. to go on the wall. I liaised with Jakub and he helped me source the right part on Amazon. I ordered it and messaged Jakub when it arrived. He managed to arrange the job the same day and, despite a couple of minor issues he wasn't anticipating, the job was completed in an hour or two.
Jakub was really friendly and helpful. He also gave me some advice for other jobs I need done around the house when I asked. Would absolutely recommend Jakub for all your joiner/building/refurbishment needs.
