I would not recommend Matthew for any kind of plumbing work. Firstly he did not show on the date agreed, i left 9 missed calls, and no answer. Secondly when he did arrive, I told Matt how I wanted the work to be done, Matt ignored this and installed the Bathroom as he saw fit. When Matt had finished the job he tried to mislead my wife by turning the shower onto cold, and showing her the shower working with a good pressure. When I tried it, NO hot water was coming through. Matt returned the following day. I then had to get the tiller to remove several wall tiles so that Matt could re-work the pipes leading to the shower (Costing £70 - which Matt paid). After re working the pipework, I was still not happy with the pressure coming through the shower. Matt advised us to "buy another shower head, that might help", or alternately he could fit a pump which will increase the pressure. I asked him to get a quote for a pump and call me back (3 weeks no phone call, and again no answer to mobile). Since Matt has been at our house, I have called in another plumber, who straight away said that the shower I had chosen (I am totally unqualified) is not suitable for a gravity fed system, and cannot believe that Matt would have installed it! Matt also did not fit the bath panel as he said that a carpenter was needed to build a frame. He also failed to recognise a simple ball cock problem in the loft which was causing a loud noise when the hot water was on, his advise was "must me loose pipes"

Reasonable price, good job & matt came for a free call out on new years day. Would recommend & will be using again.

Very pleased with the work , the company was professional, friendly & very work knowlegble. The work was completed exactly as I wanted, and for a very reasonable price. They were also able to help my daughter at short notice to sort out a boiler hicup. I will definitely use them again for other heating and plumbing jobs that arise. Thank you Jason & Matt.

Great Job done very friendly will use again

We had J.M Plumbing referred to us by a colleague. They replaced several radiators in our house after us carrying out building work. We found them to be very reliable. The work was quoted reasonably and was carried out on an agreed date. The work went without any problems and we found the company to be professional and conscientious. We would highly recommend them and are planning to use them for our future bathroom installation.
