Markdid an excellent job, very professional. I am delighted we now have a plumber we can rely upon. I will definitely be asking him back to fit new trvs.

I have nothing but praise for Mark. He arrived early, fixed the job as promised and was courteous throughout. 5*!

Mark gave a reasonable quote and was able to book the job in quickly which was important to us. The job was done in a day and although we had a slight leak with the taps he fitted, Mark was happy to come back the next day and to fix the problem and balance the radiators. We are very pleased with the job done, Mark was a very nice guy, very polite and pleasant to deal with. I have already recommended him to friends and would definitely use him again when needed.

unfortunately I could not hire Mark because after quoting he advised me he could not do the small amount of tiling involved

Mark knows what he's doing, does it well and is very thorough. He replaced two radiators and connected new appliances to the waste pipes. Would definitely use again.

Mark was really good and patient too as the job was a bit more involved than first thought. Arrived on time, clean and tidy. A nice guy, well recommended.

Mark was very patient with me as I was a bit emotional because he was the 4th plumber I called out and no one had really sorted the problem. He was cool, calm, and collected the entire time which was helpful and bottom line, he fixed the problems! He also explained very clearly to me how everything worked. It's great to have a better understanding now. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

Mark came out super quick. Took longer than he had expected. His reason was that the radiators took a long time to drain - about 1 1/2hrs. He did fit the rads in 1 day but finished well into the evening. When he switched on all the rads, the one in the kitchen (not one of the new ones he had fitted) wouldn't turn on. We were abit concerned, but to be fair, he came out the next morning. Although he wasn't convinced the non-working rad was related to his fitting of the new ones, he did manage to fix the problem. At first, it didn't seem to hot up to the same temp as before. However, we have lived with it for a couple of weeks and it seems fine now. I would have him back again as he did everything he could to fix the problem asap. He was also a very pleasent guy to deal with and seemed to know what he was talking about without being patronising!

Mark is very good and efficient. he even took a quick look at our heating sytem and showed us how it works properly. i would definatly hire him again to do work!
