Great service - happy to use Mark again.

Mark was punctual, courteous and efficient. Although the first visit didn't quite do the trick, he came back again with no problem and sorted things. I am very happy with his attitude and skill level and will certainly ask him again when needed.

Mark was very reliable, turned up on time and did a great job. My heating now works for the first time in 2 months. He also gave me advice on how I could improve my heating and explained the system to me which was much appreciated as we don't want to replace the system. A really nice chap aswell. I would use him again and definitely recommend him.

Mark was incredibly helpful, courteous and was able to fit me in on the day I called. His initial quote was very reasonable and even though the cause of the problem with my boiler was not clear (and I suspect it took longer than expected to fix), Mark did not expect payment beyond his quote. I will certainly hire Mark in the future and recommend him to friends.

Mark fitted the shower screen neatly and securely. When it came to the bath shelf, Mark found an issue with the fixings and proposed a few solutions. He turned a tricky situation around for a great result. Very pleased with the workmanship.

The job took a little longer than anticipated but Mark did a sound job and I had no complaints. He has a good attitude and wanted to make sure the job was done right.

Mark was prompt and effective in identifying the problem with my old shower and suggested a range of options including repair or a new shower. When I chose the later Mark bought the shower for me and when on the day there was a problem with a failed water value replaced that at no extra cost. He fitted around my availability and was clean and efficient. I was very happy with the work.

Mark was excellent. He responded quickly to my initial post and when he came out to do the job he was on time and very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what needed doing. I was very pleased with the work he did and felt it was for a good and fair price. I've already asked him to give me a quote for further work.

Water tank was difficult to access but Mark managed to replace the part without having to drain & remove the tank - brilliant! Very helpful, would definitely contact him for future work.
