Mark was excellent. He turned up on time, assessed what materials would be required, went out to purchase them, then got on with the jobs. (These were to replace a glass panel in the bathroom, plumb in the waste pipe of the washing machine, and to fix a tap in the bathroom.) He was fast, tidy, and a pleasure to have around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him most highly, and will certainly call him again if required.

Mark is an excellent plumber. He arrived bang on time and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve our problems. Friendly, professional and helpful... we wil definitely use Mark in the future. Highly recommended.

My partner dealt with Mark on the day and reports that he arrived on time and had all the parts to hand. He was curteous and polite. The job was completed within the estimated time and to a high standard. Additionally the job was completed without having to lift too many floorboards, for which I am grateful. Would certainly use again for future plumbing / heating work. Note that price includes labour and all parts except the radiator, which I supplied.

Mark was an excellent plumber. He kindly agreed to come out on the weekend, arrived when he said he would and subsequently fixed our shower. He didn't try to oversell the problem and was open about the possibility that we may need to replace the unit in the future, but didn't try and talk us into doing that now (which he could have done!). He also gave us good advice to deal with similar issues in the future and some help with our boiler. And did it all for his original quote. We would have no hesitation in hiring Mark for any future plumbing problems.

Mark did a great job. He discovered while fitting the new pump that there was a blockage and made sure it was cleared and recommended how to clean and maintain the system properly in the future. He gave me an ETA for arriving the day before then phoned my to let me know what was going on an to improve the ETA the day he came out. I would use him again without hesitation.

I hired Mark on the basis of his cheap quote which didn’t work out to be all that cheap. Mark said that a site visit wasn’t required even though I wasn’t able to give specifics. He said that it will be straight forward take out replace and move sink and he had the tools and materials with him and will be at trade price if any are needed. The work as it happens turned out to be more than expected and Mark worked through until 7pm with two trips to local plumbing shops to purchase expensive materials! Mark had a private function the next day and wasn’t sure if he was able to get the job complete and that he may need to come back in a couple of days. My partner therefore worked alongside Mark (All day!) ensuring that the job was complete and left so we were able to use facilities. On my return after work had been complete the sink was not fitted to the wall and hung lose and the toilet did not work, (this was due to a manufacturers fault?) the side bath panel was not fitted also and the bath was uneven on the floor. The copper pipes fitted were perfect, though there is a constant leak in the u-bend on sink, which we have rectified ourselves now. I feel that the job was rushed and a contingency plan / action was not taken in to consideration. My partner insisted on me leaving positive feedback as it was a difficult job made as good as possible, that he was polite and gave good advice, but I am leaving neutral due to the above. I was rather disappointed. A site visit is MUST and I will be adamant in all future works needed to our property that site visit is carried out before hand and a proper quote is in place.

Mark did a good job and was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We will use his services again when required.

I am completely satisfied with the job completed and the way in which the work was carried out. Mark arrived before time, having phoned me to say he was on his way. He worked hard during his time here mending my shower leak. He was also pleased to give me advice on some future plumbing project about which I asked him, and was pleasant and informative throughout.
