Mark was great. It took me a while to decide to use him as I had previously had a very bad experience with a local tradesman on a project but he couldn't do enough to get me the outcome I needed. my project involved fitting bathroom units and I would definitely use Mark again in the future as he restored my trust and worked hard for reasonable rates. Trust is a very big issue for me and I would absolutely recommend Mark to others.

Mark is good and professional

Installed thermostatic shower and fitted two radiators. Came back next day to further re-balance radiators. Worked very hard and a pleasure to deal with, Recommended.

Mark arrived on time and did an excellent job, even going out of his way to get a part (a combined valve and drain point) for no extra cost other than the value of the part itself.. Very helpful and honest. I totally recommend him and would use him again.

Mark did a very good job installing two heavy vertical column radiators. There was some problem with restarting the boiler immediately after the installation, so he came back the next day and fixed it. Would recommend and considering hire for further bathroom plumbing jobs.

Mark was excellent and I would both hire and recommend him. Mark arrived on time and thoroughly investigated the source of the damp patches, looking at areas in and outside theproperty explaining as he went along what he was looking for and why. He suggested that the damp was coming in through an almost decomposed and rotten sill in the bathroom and travelling down the wall behind the tiling into the ceilings and walls of the rooms below. This seems feasible as there is no evidence of damp under the floorboards of the bathroom and adjoining room. He also checked the boiler to see whether this was in anyway responsible and gave me free advice on how to manage low pressure situations. Mark charged me a fee that was less than his quote because the remedy was a building job. He cleared up thoroughly after his work and was very courteous and professional throughout.
