All good although he wasn't able to get the shower working which was probably more to do with the shower than his abilities.

Good price, good quality of work. Mark priced up the job without seeing it which is fine with me. I was prepared for it to rise slightly but the only extra I paid was for a small amount of materials used. Infact Mark saved me a lot of money. I previously had another plumber coming but he never turned up. Mark looked through the box of materials and said you don't need that, you don't need this. I can get this cheaper down the road and he did. I'm very pleased. I took the materials back and got a refund of £140. A good Honest, reliable plumber I'll definitely pass his number onto friends and colleagues.

Mark was punctual, the job took a bit longer than we expected because the existing plumbing is old but he was very patient, even though he had to go to the plumbing merchant to get extra parts, he only charged the price of the part not extra time it took him. I thought he was very good, seems to know his stuff and was professional and efficient, would definitely hire again.

Mark gave me a reasonable quote without having to come and see the job (I'm a landlord and this would have been inconvenient) and picked up a couple of things needed to save me ordering them. He was available to come at short notice and completed everything that needed doing in good time, giving me a full report on the phone about all the jobs, including something that didn't need doing (we were told by the tenant a tap was leaking - Mark said it wasn't a proper leak, just a tiny bit of water coming out the tap join when it was on and didn't merit attention.) I found him to be honest and reliable and would use him again.

Mark came round very soon after our initial enquiry and gave lots of useful advice as well as a range of different quotes, spanning a range of prices, for our job. In the end we went for one of the cheapest options as house buying had left our pockets a bit dented, but this was not a problem for Mark. He sourced some very nice taps and mixer shower for us and fitted it all in a couple of hours with no fuss or problems. I will definately keep his number for future plumbing jobs and I would recommend him 100% to anyone.
