Mark got in touch straight away and said he could come the next day, a big difference to what I have experienced with other plumbers. Sorted the problem straight away at a good price as well. Excellent.

Mark was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He gave us two options for fixing the pipe and cheaper and more expensive one and explained the pros and cons of both. He even offered to come back free of charge if the leak wasn't fixed first time. Would definitely recommend Mark and use him again.

Mark turned up at the promised time and undertook the work to good standard. Our heritage pipework didn't really assist and caused some additional challenges which didn't hinder the completion of the job. Mark also provided some good advice for care of the heating system.

Mark turned up punctualy as agreed and carried out the works as agreed. The job was a little bit more difficult than i thought but Mark sorted it and stood by his original quote thanks - Paul
