Mark turned up on time as arranged and did the job without issue. Was friendly and helpful and I would use him again.

Mark was the only trademan out or a large number who actually understood how the bathroom had been tiled and where to gain access to the underside of the bath. He fully understood the extent of the work required and took the time and trouble to obtain matching grout. He recommended a new seal on the shower screen but when he did the work decided the existing one was water tight and did not need to be replaced. He completed the job in record time was very professional and competent. I intend to recommend his services to other tenants in the appartment block who may have a similar problem with their bathroom.

Mark was excellent. It wasnt as easy as expected to reach the problem. Mark made sure he got to it causing the least damage possible. When the problem was identified it was more serious than thought. However, rather than charge more to fix the problem Mark advised how we could fix the problem ourselves - which we were able to do.

Mark was very prompt and professional. His quote was very competitive and his work was of a high quality. What is more he managed to do the quoted job as well as sort out previously shoddy work carried out by what we were led to believe were good plumbers. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Mark did a great job, would definitely use him again and recommend him. He was on time, clean and did the job as agreed at a competitive price.

Mark arrived on time,and told me everything he was going to do to fix the leak under the sink,the leak from the washing machine,he even rang the washing machine hotline to see if would need a new pipe as the washing machine pipe was broken,thankfully didn´t need one,he was efficient and would use again
