This job didn't need to be done in the end but Mark's advice was great.

Phoned 3 mins before he was due to start work to say he wasn't doing any work that day due to having a fever the night before, so can't comment on his work.

Mark was extremely prompt. Came on day and dates on time! Explained what he was doing at all stages and unlike many other plumbers fixed the problem once and for all, my house is at last warm! He is very professional, knows what he is doing and does it well and tidies up and leaves no mess. Charged what he quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and will recommend to friends.

I have taken a long time to leave feedback just because I forgot as I was so happy to have everything back to normal and working again. Mark did a great job, everything was fixed, left clean and tidy and he was honest which is always a hard thing to find in an builder. The price was also spot on!!

Finding a good plumber is one of the hardest jobs, very rarely can you get a good recommendation. We found Mark through the Mybuilder website and so here is my "GOOD" Recommendation for him. Mark did a great job, he contacted us quickly, his price was right and suited our budget, he arranged to come within a sensible time frame and stuck to it. He did not over promise and under deliver like many plumbers before him. Mark did a great job, was tidy and did everything he could to meet our budgets. We are ultimately impressed and would recommend them to anyone, in fact I all ready have to my Manager.
