Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mark came within 2 days, fixed my problem, very reasonably priced and offered extra advice regarding my boiler and economy settings, would definitely use again and recommend, thank you!

Mark did an excellent job in fitting our gravity fed shower. He was a friendly and trustworthy person (we felt at ease leaving the keys with him whilst we went to work as he carried out the job). He also fixed a couple of other small issues at no extra cost. He also did an excellent job re-grouting the bath as that needed to be removed to do the job - our only regret is that we didn't get him earlier to do our bathroom refit originally, as his work is to such a high standard! We won't hesitate to get him back for any further plumbing jobs and I would highly recommend him - you'd be in safe hands if you decide to get Mark in to do any plumbing work. Thanks Mark.

Mark did an excellent job, explaining all steps to myself and my wife and cleaning up after himself. He even offered to do some quiet jobs whilst our 2 year was napping which is a nice touch. Highly recommend for his professionalism and dedication, will use again soon.

Very happy with the quality of work. I wasn't particularly clear on my job listing and even though Mark ended up doing more work than originally quoted for he didn't increase the price. He is very approachable and explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way and I am happy to say I now have a toilet that doesn't leak and a house that is a lot warmer with all the new radiators. As an extra bonus he cleans up as he goes so I didn't have to spend my evening tidying up! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any future pluming requirements.

Good experience. Mark responded quickly with a competitive quote, which he revised after we talked a bit more on the phone about the job, then stuck to it. I did have to call Mark back to sort out a problem but he came back quickly and everything's been fine since then.
