However, I was buying the appliances after this and needed further advise on what is suitable to buy. I texted but have not received a reply over 24hrs. No explanation, my purchase was delayed because of the delay (while the toilet is leaking!). Then I received an irrelevant message (as if nothing has been discussed) via Mybuilder.
