Very pleased with quality of workmanship. Mark kept his appointments and communicated well through My Builder. A couple of initial issues with glass & door lock were soon resolved. Overall, a satisfied customer. Will recommend and use Mark again if required.

Mark & team did a great job and we are very pleased with the work. He is reliable, well-experienced and highly skilled in all relevant trades. He works hard and takes great care with giving everything a high-quality finish. The price quoted is the price you pay. And he takes in his stride some hiccups (none being his fault at all) caused by delayed delivery of parts or our change of mind about what we want. The LED lighting installed by his electrician Simon is stunningly suitable for a conservatory. Thank you very much Mark, and I definitely recommend him to my friends!

He was very quick and efficient, doing his best for everything we asked of him. Even when we came across an issue on what was supposed to be a straight forward job he has done everything he can to sort it and at the most minimal cost to ourselves. We have recommended him to my family and look forward to using him again soon

Mark was very friendly and professional throughout the project. We are very happy with our new conservatory. Mark gave us plenty of notice for each stage of the construction and everything was completed on time despite setbacks with the winter weather. He was flexible with his timescales around our works and always gave us advanced warning of anyone new coming. He is also dog friendly which was vital as we have an over inquisitive pup. We also had Mark fit a new front door for us that we are very pleased with. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Mark again. Thank you.

From the outset Mark was the "PERFECT" person for our job, first person to call, first person to receive a quote from. What Mark & Dan were unable to tackle themselves was dealt with by team of professional tradesmen that Mark had organised. Simon the electrician was a perfectionist in every part of his role. Alan, the plasterer & his buddy were absolutely outstanding. The whole team of workers were very reliable, honest,clean and each stage of the work merged seamlessly with the next. Communication with all of them was excellent throughout. We are very, very happy with the work that Mark produced we have invited him back to do "phase two"!!! Stuart & Buffy

Mark is everything you need in a builder. I couldn't have been more pleased with Mark. The help, advice and recommendations he gave before getting the job was invaluable. When the work began he was on time,nothing was too much to ask. He was knowledgeable and most importantly competent. He was wonderful in his dealings with me and was happy to address any concerns I had. More importantly he'd already seen any of these and was already dealing with them! I would have no hesitation in recommending him (but then our secret builder will be too busy when too many people know about him) and look forward to working with again in the future.
