Quick, efficient and really nice guys

I had 6 EICRs to be done and appointed Kevin in March - it's now June and they are still not finished! Over the past three months I've been as patient as I can, and constantly got promises of next week, next week........ and although one of the properties initially had the wrong contact details, this was remedied over 2 months ago, yet it's still not done. I've offered on several occasions to meet him at the houses for entry when he said he was having issues reaching tenants - not once did he take me up on this, so again, it's just fobbing me off. Kevin is based in Manchester, and these houses are around the Wigan area, but he assured me this was not an issue - well it clearly is. I can't recommend Kevin as I've stupidly paid him for 5 of the 6 checks, yet the small faults he found he did not fix, and just kept promising to go back, which after months of badgering him he just has not done. I wish I could say how great he has been, but although he's decent to talk to, he just constantly let me down and left me out of pocket - avoid.

We had a positive experience working with Kevin and his team. We are happy with the work they did rewiring our tricky property. Work completed on time and they even cleaned up after completing the work. I would recommend them.

Kevin did an Excellent job at a very good price replacing my consumer unit, fitting kitchen lights, fixing my porch light adding a plug socket and other bits which I asked to be done. I now feel confident that my house is safe. Nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up and left the house tidy. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Due to a change in regulation, I was in a tricky situation and Kevin came to my rescue. Kevin was honest, professional, organized and delivered high quality work. He visited the property in few hours after we spoke the first time, after visiting the property Kevin called and explained to me all the possible options. I appreciate his expert opinions on how to save cost without compromising on the quality and the efforts he took to explain all necessary things to the tenant. I spoke to the tenant after the works completed and they were also pleased with his work and had no complaints. I plan to increase my portfolio in near future and will definitely appoint Kevin for future works. I will also recommend him to my work colleagues, friend and family without any hesitation. very difficult to get hold of finally booked a job for an eicr. never turned up on the booked day. now cannot reach him at all. one of those types of people. if someone wishes not to do a job why not just let you know beforehand instead of wasting someones time
