Overall I am satisfied with the job Mitch did for me because he charged significantly less than other quotes, even making a loss on the job, but he dropped a couple of stars because he has left me with a few issues to resolve (which means getting someone else in now). Mitch was tidy, polite and nice to deal with, but we did have to wait a couple of weeks trying to get him to come and take a look at the job (which we eventually abandoned and accepted his quote based on my photos) and then we had several delays getting him down to do the work (which was unavoidable with all the wet weather delaying his prior work). The issues I'm left to sort are gutters that now sit too far away from a dormer roof meaning water now runs down the back of the gutter, some fascia that needs to be removed to investigate a wonky bulge (maybe something behind) and some overlapping soffit trim preventing corner trims from sitting flush. I have discussed these with Mitch but sadly he does not want to sort.

Mitch was very responsive to my job posting and turned up to quote within 2 days, with the quote received the following day. The job for replacing conservatory roof flashing and removing the chimney and retiling was completed as planned, efficiently and the new roof tiles looks good. All rubble cleared from site and left clean. Wouldn't hesitate to either use or recommend them.

Our gutter problem has now been completely resolved. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. All the gutters around our house were thoroughly cleared and double-checked to ensure nothing was missed. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended, with a very reasonable price.
