Diagnosed the problem (which others had not) went and got the part, came back and fitted it, all in 1hr 15 mins.. Would definitely use again. From the first dealings with Connie over the phone, through the installation and to the aftercare, Mickey and the team are incredibly professional and the results are excellent. Mickey turned up on time to quote for the job and gave sound advice, making me feel very comfortable in their ability to meet my needs. They worked through the quote with me to ensure I was happy and all my questions were responded to quickly. Again the team were on time to start the work and I was amazed how quickly they progressed. Through no fault of their own the installation needed to continue into a third day. Mickey addressed all complications competently, reassuring me and continually checking with Gas Safe and building management. They left the job looking immaculate and very well done. Excellent workmanship, very professional and fairly priced. We knew exactly what was going on at all times and the we have a new boiler and radiators which were fitted quickly. Would use again and will highly recommend.
