I decided to go with Ideal alarms because of his indepth knowledge about his work and the equipment he uses. On the day, he came early, did everything he had said he would do and waited for me to come back from running errands and took me through everything he had done and showed me how everything worked. I have since called him back regarding some little issues and he was quick to respond and resolve it very quickly. He is neat and meticulous and comes across as willing to listen to what you need, eager to explain any difficult area, giving good advice and resolving any issues that might crop up later.
