    Removal of multi fuel stove

    Paul and Alan have done a really good job today. We had asked them to remove a log burner so they have had to deal with the poor work done by the previous company. They knew exactly what was required and were aware of the need to try to match brickwork and to leave the internal wall in a good condition. They have been aware of how to try to keep everywhere as clean as they could and tidy up after the job was finished.

    Repair log burner

    Repairing a badly fitted and dangerous Log burner. Very professional explained the whole process from start to finish. Got my log burner sorted and up and running again. Highly recommend!

    Replace fireplace surround

    Couldn't complete due to flue problems

    Hi Emma Due to the flue not meeting regulations and previously being condemned we were unable to complete work however if the asbestos is removed by a specialist we would be able to extend the flue and complete works. We value your feedback and thankyou for it but we value your health and safety and wellbeing of your family more and as the flue wasn't to regulations we did not want to put your safety at risk. The fire has been capped now as we feel your safety is paramount. Thanks again for your feedback

    Reposition log burner

    Paul contacted me right away and we arranged for him to come and do the job the following day which was a Sunday. He said he was happy to work Sunday which really surprised me! Anyhow he came on time did a very thorough job at a very reasonable price and off he went. Hard to get people like that these days. Thank you Paul from a very happy customer!

    Chimney Sweeping

    Hired to sweep chimneys for two wood burners. Job completed impeccably. Full of advice and the house left clean on completion. Highly recommend.
