Review left on 27 Mar 2025Rating: 2 out of 5Electrical safety certificate and repairs to sockets and switches.Bad communication, asked for ESC and a couple sockets to be fixed, agreed work and said he’s going to grab some parts and come back, 5 hours later he comes back and worked till late, tenants not happy, also he capped the sockets without telling me and I asked for these to be fixed. Was in a rented property so I wasn’t there to inspect the work. Had to come back as electrics kept going out in property as he hadn’t fixed sockets and not communicated this to residents.
