Very honest, resourceful and considerate. Our house had a lot to refurbish, e.g. flooring, staircase, bathroom, roof insulation... Without Gavin I don't think we can do it. It is grateful that he and his team progress on work swiftly too!

What wonderful craftsmanship it is! Gavin removed the old carpet and installed engineered wood in my house for 5days. My wife and children are so happy with his excellent work. Oh dear! We had a big problem with leveling between the new extension and the existing living room, but he solved the issue with his great craftsmanship. He also fixed unstable old floorboards. We 100% recommend him for flooring jobs. - DJ family from S. Korea.

The job proved more difficult than expected, as the previous real wood floor had been poorly installed. Despite these problems Gavin did an excellent job, the timescale was a little longer and the price a little higher, but all within our expectations. We would be happy to use Gavin again, when required.

Quick & tidy, great finish

They replaced all the floors in the house. This created obvious difficulties in moving large furniture items and working around us which they managed very carefully and willingly. In this old house hidden problems emerged under the existing flooring which they tackled very professionally and cheerfully. Very happy with the result. Would recommend for a quality project.

Working with Gavin was a real pleasure. Great quality and easy to talk things through about. Really pleased with the work. He installed glued down engineered timber floors, tiled the bathrooms and also did the stair treads in timber.

Good finish, good communication, good value

Gavin was amazing.. after lifting my carpet we realised there were loose tiles underneath, which he gladly removed for me and screeded a part of my floor and didn’t over charge me for the extra work! My flooring looks flawless and I’m getting him back to do the rest of my flat! All in all he prices fairly and does a great job too! So happy with the results! Thank you again ☺️
