John was very professional and maintained good communication prior to his arrival. Very happy with the service on our boiler will reach out next year. Price was reasonable and when approaching for a quote I didn't receive a generic templated response which I received from other quotes.

Mr Hanlon dealt with the problem tap quickly and efficiently and I am extremely happy with the way he communicated with me. He was able to change the tap for me and now the water stays where it is supposed to be - instead of all over me! Thank you Mr. Hanlon!
