Kelly was helpful and proactive with the issue I had with high voltage in my flat. Not only did she put forward solutions, she also went out of her way to report the issue to the electricity distributor. Kelly and Sarah did the necessary work to update my fuse board to fit an optimizer, which has been done in a way that is discrete and unobtrusive as the box wouldn't fit in the fuse cupboard. Very happy with the result as my voltage has reduced from 259v to 220 v. I trusted Kelly from the outset, she quoted for the work fairly and was available whenever I had any questions.
