We cannot praise Lifetime Glazing enough for the wonderful job and all round experience. We were replacing two sets of French windows (a single door with a side window on either side) with sliding uPVC patio doors, onto the balcony of our flat). To be honest, quotes from companies we had been recommended made the job unaffordable which is why we sought additional quotes from ‘My Builder’. Lifetime Glazing responded immediately and came round at a time of our convenience to quote. Costel was delightful, helpful and instilled confidence. He came back with a very competitive price. In the event, we were thrilled by the job. The fitted doors are obviously of high quality, slide and lock easily and look good. The workers completed the building works needed to a much higher quality level of finish than we expected. We just need to paint the small area of new plastering they needed to do. They must have been the cleanest workers we have had and were scrupulous in protecting everything and cleaning up afterwards. As an example the glass on the doors was cleaned of all finger marks. They even swept and cleaned our balcony. Many companies expect a sizeable proportion of the cost to be paid before the works are started and you are under pressure to pay the moment they leave. Our only regret is we now have done all the windows we need and won’t need their services again!

I was really happy with the Windows, the fitting. The made two visits - the first the measured, showed me all my options. This was great I have had new windows in the past and Lifetime Glazing service was exceptional and they gave me a very reasonable quote. When I made an order they returned to take the measurements again and confirm what I would like. They arrived on the day agreed and finished as agreed. That was great. There were some disappointments. I was assured that I did not need to be there because I had to work. They just needed access I made arrangements they arrived on the day agreed to start work. I am unhappy with a few things. 1. The workmen used items in my home they did not have permission to use. This is not the right thing to do. They used cement that was there for other work men, A bowl which they split making it unusable and took my dust brush away when they cleaned up. 2. They removed my window sill after i had made a request to keep it. I had to make enquiries about it. No-one had the decency to inform me of what had happened to it until I asked. After I made enquiries they told me that had to remove them and that they had left it this was not the case. They had not in fact they had disposed of it so I had to pay to have a new one supplied and fitted. 3. I as them about a certificate before i made my order. They told me that they did CERTAS. They did not tell me that i would have to pay another £150.!!! The work was good the ADDITIONS NO!

Excellent service would Recommend and would use again

This company was excellent! They were very professional, friendly and helpful when we wanted to ask lots of questions about the doors. They fitted all the doors in 5 hours and and cleaned up nicely. The doors look great, they’ve made our house much warmer and we’re super happy with it all! We only hesitate to use them in the future and will be recommending them to others! We particularly liked how much they cared about their customers!

Before they began the work Silviu and team were very adaptable while being realistically confident. They worked liked a family team and the completed work was immaculate. They took away the decades old rotten construction and in its place put in a really excellent replacement, something in which they took obvious pride. They left the room as though a cleaner had been at work. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and can recommend them without hesitation. Thank you team. I really appreciate what you have done and the professional way in which you did it.
