We had Lex Building Services change our worktops and tile the kitchen and also fitted two ceiling fans for us while they were here, We were pleased with there work and invited them back to lay a wooden floor in the kitchen and downstairs toilet again a nice job. We also have future work planned for them. Steve and Alex are great guys and we as a family highly recommend them.

Steve and companion have done a real great job. Punctual and assembled in no time and cleared the packaging, all with good sense of humour, and furniture now looks very good and I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Potentially we have some more jobs for them soon in and around the house. Thanks guys

Great chaps and completed within the timeframe given. Always punctual and advised of progression at the end of each day. Have further jobs lined up for them already. Makes a change these days to see people taking pride in their work.

Steve was really helpful from start to finish, and we are really pleased with the work completed. Steve moved and replaced radiators, added new plug sockets, installed a very complex chandelier, wall-mounted two TVs, as well as painting and wallpapering multiple rooms. He was able to offer very helpful suggestions to ensure we didn't overspend and to make sure everything looked nice/right to get the results we wanted. All work was completed to a high standard, and he was flexible with our schedule, punctual, tidy and friendly, so we are happy to recommend Steve and will be coming back to him for help with our future projects.

Steve rescued us from a nightmare builder from Clacton with less than 1 week before Xmas. Steve fixed a lot of problems caused by our previous builder. Steve was very professional, helpful and got us through a very stressful time. Steve always was punctual offered his own advice and cleaned up after a day's work. Really nice guy and very easy to get along with. We cannot thank him enough and even our nervous dog Sunny became his friend. Many thanks Steve. Will definitely use for any future work.

Steve did an excellent job - the kitchen was disassembled and reassembled without any problems or damage. Installing the dishwasher required reworking some of the cabinets which he did with precision and also took care of the extra pipework needed. He was always on time and keep to his word doing everything we agreed on. He was also flexible and happy to do some additional small things that popped up along the way. Moreover, he was kind enough to provide some help with and advice about other things at the house we're planning to renovate/decorate. I will certainly ask Steve to do some more jobs in future.

Agreed the job and price quickly and without any fuss. The appointment was attended as scheduled and the work was completed in a timely fashion and he did an excellent job.

Very happy with the work that was carried out fitting sink base unit, which was very difficult with the amount of pipes that were under there. Also a very nice human being as well.

this was a tricky one, i live abroad, and my usual man has retired, so i posted a job and as soon as people realised i was abroad, they lost interest(understandable, payments etc)mr Lennox trusted me at my word and carried out the work to a good standard, liased with the tenant, and kept me informed of costings etc, iwould reccomend him without a doubt
