Loft stairs and storage
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Steve did a wonderful job on my loft. His attention to detail was excellent, he was always punctual, and he consistently went above and beyond what was expected. The work was completed to a very high standard, and he was a genuinely lovely person to have around the house. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would recommend him without hesitation.

Revamped kitchen downstairs toilet lounge dining room
Would avoid this company at all cost as poor quality of work and left unfinished

This job was completed over two years ago why we got feed back now is beyond me We are very sorry to receive this one star rating, and would like to confirm that the job was completed in a professional and appropriate manner. This customer had a limited budget for the renovations they wished to make, and it was explained that we would try to work around this to achieve the best results possible. The working conditions were very difficult, being carried out in a “living household” with a dog, throughout the ground floor. The customer happily paid the full amount on completion,So again why you would leave bad feedback over 2 years after the job was completed Is beyond me, nothing stranger than folk, as you can see from all of our Other five star feedback We are a professional and polite company and don’t just do work in the private sector. Also do work in specialise schools and care homes,

Wall removal and additional door
Couldn’t be more pleased. Every day they talked us through the plan of what would be done and when finished for the day, talked us through everything again and let us know what they would be doing the next day and tidied up after themselves. Very friendly guys and we will definitely have them back for other jobs we want done.

Painting and decorating
Alex & Steve at Lex building services for doing a fantastic painting job in my apartment wall ceiling and gloss work and would recommend these to others and would definitely use them again

Full decoration - ground floor of my house
These guys were great. Polite, tidy & really reliable. Nothing too much. Great workmanship. Thoroughly recommend. Will definitely be using again a+++

Decking
From start to finish there was an exceptional standard of work. Communication from Alex and Steve was clear and I was constantly kept updated about the work, they also gave me excellent advice. The job was a little bit difficult as some of the wood I had brought was bowed and had a mind of its own, but Steve and Alex took it in their stride and went above and beyond to get the decking and pergola finished to a high standard. We are over the moon with the price, standard of workmanship and the finished result. I highly recommend LEX Building Services LTD, and will be getting them back when they have a chance for further work. I won't be going anywhere else. I had complete trust in Alex and Steve, they were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and they arrived on time, delivering everything they said they would. Thank you again Steve and Alex, we are still so happy with our decking and pergola!

Joints
Five star service. In a week they give the quote and finish the work. They even work extra hours in the last days because in the next day I have to go to work. Thank you so much guys.

School Garden Renovation
Steve, Alex and the team did an incredible job renovating a school garden for our Puffin books PR campaign. They overcame the challenges of the weather and ensured the garden was durable, functional and beautiful in time for our launch. It looked incredible and the school are absolutely thrilled and excited to use it

Shed Base
Lex Building Services Ltd have just completed a rather large shed base for a workshop in my back garden. I am over the moon with the finished work. The new base is highly accurate and clean; exactly as I had hoped, and within my budget. From start to completion, I was given good advice and every step of the build was explained. Steve and Alex managed to over come the logistical problems of deliveries to my address, which is at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac. Also, they were friendly, professional and polite throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy too. I'm really happy with everything and will definitely book Lex Building Sevices again for any future work. Thanks very much.

Measure fit and assemble 2 sets of blinds.
Lex Building Services were punctual, efficient and Professional.However works have not been completed.
