So happy with my new floors!
Lee has done an excellent job fitting LVT flooring in my new build home. From start to finish, a fantastic experience.
When I initially got in touch he was kind enough to answer all of my questions regarding the types of flooring, costs involved and explained the differences between each flooring type, including their pros and cons. At this point he did not know if I will choose him as my fitter, yet was extremely helpful, friendly and informative.
When he surveyed my house, his quote was not only the most competitive, but also he's gone out of his way to fit me in his busy calendar. While other fitters quoted me almost twice as much as Lee with no availability until early 2021, Lee has managed to find a slot literally a couple of weeks after our initial conversation and showed up at 8:30 sharp as agreed, ready to work.
On the job, he's shown great attention to detail, meticoulously laying tile after tile, until they were perfectly aligned and level. I could immediately tell Lee is really good at his trade and the results speak for themselves. The floors look astonishing, Lee has worked very hard to all of the work has been done to a very high standard and on time.
In fact, I've saved his number and when the time comes for a refurb, I will definitely be in touch. Such a great professional and honest fitter, not easy to find these days. Thank you Lee!
