    Kitchen Installation
    Excellent work carried out by Lee. Very professional. Would recommend Lee to anyone looking for a hard working professional tradesman. Left me with a very satisfied customer. Will use him again.

    X2 walls in kitchen to be skimmed
    Excellent work by Lee. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He arrived on time to quote the job. Agreed a very reasonable price. Again, arrived one time to complete the job, which was also done to a high standard. Lee is clearly very good at what he does. Very tidy throughout, and I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you for your great work!

    Hallway skimmed
    Stated would arrive at 8am. Rang and said was running late. Arrived 9.30am. Not good when you ve already ferried kids out to accommodate. Came with reasons like picking up tools. Should already be organised instead of doing it on day of job. Said it would take all day. Half day finished. Queried why he hadn’t done what we had agreed on when quoting. Said he didn’t realise that’s what I meant. Unable to complete. No ladders. Very messy. Had a lot of workers in lately and worse by far. Ate their bait and threw left over sarnies in my yard! Neighbours complained to me about mess outside as rain made plaster run everywhere. Shouting through house at each other. Other man that was helping refusing to acknowledge his shouts even when I told him. Not good conduct. Poor finish on plaster walls. Not smooth. Understatement. He Was happy to leave it until he said he was having to come back two days later to finish what he was supposed to have done that day. Two days later. Rushed back from work. Phone call to say he would come an hour later. Not good enough at all. Had to get another plasterer in to complete job. They actually laughed at work he had done. I have even took photos of the mess and work. Nice man but clearly not professional. Can’t understand why I got a bad job and other reviews are complimentary

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I called you at 7:15am to let you know I was running late.As I couldn't get on job I had last done before yours to pick my tools up so that's why I didn't have them all prepared before. Sometimes these things happen. I told you that the water inglessed walls at top of stairs didn't need plastering. I offerd to wash them down with sugar soad which would of sufficed which you said was no it was ok as was. So there was no need for me to fetch the extension ladders. When I quoted for the wall I explained with there being a staircase spindles in front of wall that with it being a tight space between walls and handrail I could not do my job properly I explained this throughly. Which I offerd free of charge to come back and reskim behind spindles if your husband would be able to remove 6-8 spindles which would give me ample room to rectify the problem I also left £50. Off job which you haven't mentioned in this feedback, also as for throwing "sarnies" in your yard, can't understand how as you kindly cooked me and my co worker scrambled egg on toast, there was definitely no sandwiches consumed. As my co worker is hard of hearing it may seem I speak a bit louder then normal which I explained to you. Sorry it wasn't up to your standards

    Hallway - 1 or 2 walls and 2 ceilings

    Good job completed promptly. Happy with the finish and price of the work. Lee even threw in some extra work at no additional cost. Would recommend to others and will be getting Lee back for more plastering jobs in the future.

    Plastering ground floor of house
    Spot on. Good price. Started job straight away. Came at the weekend to set up. Three lads worked on the job to get it done. Made a very good job of the plastering. Walls and ceilings straight and very smooth. Cleaned up and removed rubbish when the job was finished. He even washed and cleaned the pvc window frames. Exellent job.Very pleased.

    Hi there, We need someone on Wednesday and Thursday to skim Cloakroom and Bathroom at Durham.

    Estimate given one day then confirmed next of the date work to commence. Start date on time very clean no mess highly recommended.
