    Replacement and new installation
    Would recommend Paul Cropton anytime.very efficient at what he does.he then explained everything in terms that I could understand. Altogether an excellent worker and an excellent job

    Consumer unit, sockets, smoke alarms,security light etc
    Fast and efficient work, reasonable price, fair treatment! Paul completed the re-wiring and all electrical work of a residential property under refurbishment. I found collaboration to be efficient and smooth. Paul was always ready to go the extra mile to accommodate demanding needs and to respond to a very tight timescale. He worked flexibly around other tradesmen and proved to be was very helpful. Overall it was a pleasure dealing with him and his team; I’d recommend them for any job!

    Rewire two bed house
    Outstanding job carried out by Paul and his team. Extremely professional and excellent advice which helped with the kitchen refit. I would use again for any further work.

    Rewire semi 3 bedroom semi-detached house
    Great service from start to finish. Was there when they said they would be and did an amazing job at our rewire. Kept us updated throughout and explained everything clearly. Nothing was a problem and went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us. Will definitely use again if needed and would highly recommend LDF electrical services to anyone requiring work done. Thanks again lads. Great work!

    Flat in the Byker Wall
    Paul and his brother instilled us with confidence and were efficient and friendly. We hired them on the spot.

    Full rewire 3 bed semi detached
    Delays during work which pushed back completion date. Once 'completed' numerous issues found and not resolved. Still hasn't been back to fit an outside light agreed and paid for. Still has my house keys, this is well over a month since he was last at my property. Locks have now been changed. Ghosted communication. Would not recommend.

    Hi Sam, I am really sorry to see this feedback. The start date of your job was delayed by a couple of days unfortunately, this was due to illness which was unforeseeable making my job the previous week run over and this then carried over in to the week I was due to come to yours. I did ring to explain this to you. I still had an outside light to fit for you which I did say I would be back to fit but didn’t get to agree on a date to return to do this. I wasn’t made aware of any other on going issues and if I had been made aware of any issues I certainly would have looked to rectify them. I do have a house key of yours which is not uncommon for tradespeople to keep a hold of a key until they have fully completed a job. I apologise that I still have the key but to feel the need to change the locks after trusting us to work in your house unsupervised for a week is really upsetting especially when as far as I was concerned there wasn’t any issues. I haven’t ghosted any calls and tried on several occasions to contact you after seeing the review but it seems you may have blocked my number. I have sent you a message on here also. I am more than happy to reimburse you for cost of changing your locks and can also come and fit the outside light for you. If you can get in contact with me I am more than happy to arrange this with you. As a tradesman it is really difficult to rectify a problem if I don’t know about it and given the chance I will always correct any issues. Paul

    Looking for an electrician for an going working relationship with a bathroom and kitchen installer I’ve got my dairy full until February 2024 with average 2 week turnaround so looking for someone to come first fix on the first Tuesday and second fix the second Friday

    Paul and his team turned up when they said they would every time discussed the job advised the best way to go about what I wanted got on with the job left everything neat and tidy will definitely be recommending Paul and using him again

    Electrician required for 1st & 2nd fix
    Superb job completed by Paul and his team. We required a first and second fix to our new kitchen / garage conversion. This included a two new consumer units, rewiring for new LED Spot lights and sockets. I would highly recommend Paul if you are considering any electrical work to your property. He is reliable, trustworthy and his quality of his work is to a very high standard.
