Review from dee1984, West Drayton Review left on 30 May 2018Rating: 5 out of 5Dealt with Chris and Max over the phone to get an indicative quote. Happy with the communication, price and overall service. Max and 2 others arrived on the scheduled day. Max advised immediately tree removal would be an issue due to the proximity of the roots to the neighbours wall. Agreed a revised price for chopping the tree down to a stump instead. Very happy with the service, price and team that worked very hard on the day!!!Review from jack_b_92, Walthamstow, London jack_b_92, Walthamstow, London

Chris didnt attend. But Max and another fella did. A job that might have taken me a day (if i had even known where to start!) was done in minutes. All in all the perfect experience i guess.Review from dexterryan, Reading dexterryan, Reading

Max from Landscaping in Kent arrived early and did a fantastic job removing our apple tree and a second stump. He completed all the work exactly as requested, leaving us logs for firewood and removing all the rest of the waste. Very happy - we will be using Landscaping in Kent for more work in the future.Review from suliju, Ashford, Kent suliju, Ashford, Kent

Brilliant - Wide, 60' plus fire tree removed, chopped into work'able lengths and hauled into a lovely bonfire in 4 hours. No damage to surrounding vegetation, and lovely 'fellas' in both senses of the word. Site left tidy and clean. Invited them back to look after our hedges.Review from langfos, Rickmansworth langfos, Rickmansworth
Review left on 11 May 2018Rating: 1 out of 5(Updated on 14 May 2018)Cherry tree stump grinding
Chris took on my 'stump grinding' job but turned up without any stump grinding equipment! He explained his method was to dig the stump out. 4hrs later he gave up saying my soil was too full of stones and tried to burn the stump out. He left soon after leaving the majority of the stump in place and a small flame flickering on top and £300 of my money for his 'time, travel costs and a blunted chainsaw blade'. After an evening of poring his recommended oil/petrol mix on the stump with no effect he refused to return to correct the job, used offensive language and hung up on me twice. Subsequent competent landscape contractors have been dismayed at the state Chris left my job, one insisting I make a formal complaint to trading standards as he was 'sick of cowboys like this tarring his trade with a terrible reputation' the second assured me that it was 'completely impractical' to try to burn out a fresh cherry tree stump. Needless to say I wouldn't hire again or recommend to others.Answer from tradesperson:
Firstly in my defence the job was discussed before any work was carried out and the customer was happy for us to dig out the stump.rather then use a stump grinder to save on costs.he was happy with the works that we carried out as I have paperwork stating what work has been carried out and signed by the customer with a discount price £170 off the job.i advised the customer to Poisson off the tree stump and I was willing to do this free off charge but he changed he's mind saying he wants to burn it out. I spoke to the customer as he left a voicemail.he was threatening and abusive and blackmailing me saying he's going to leave bad feedback to let the world no that I'm a (hillbilly cowboy).i even offer him money back but he refused to cooperate.we pride ourselves on customer service I think our feedback speaks for its self. I'm sorry to say but you just can't please everyone.and that I don't go to work to get abuse. I'm disappointed that it's ended this way.

Max & Jay turned up on time and well prepared, max kept me up to date on proceedings asking if all was ok before moving on very polite & professional unfortunately due to a technical hic up they couldn’t finish the job on the same day but booked me in again at my convenience max phoned the following day to see if he could come around and finish the job which I asked if possible the day before job was completed to a high standard cleaned up regularly and took all rubbish away . Excellent work, highly recommended. Carried out the work within a few days of accepting the job. Worked hard to get the job completed faster than I thought possible! They also provided advice on aftercare. All in all, couldn't really ask for more. Thanks!Review from dee_676, Ashford, Kent dee_676, Ashford, Kent

Chris and Max came round to trim our overgrown fig tree. They checked what we wanted, talked it through, and stuck to the quoted price. They did a great job, very careful, took the stuff through the house as that was the only way through, and left no mess at all. Friendly, helpful, and great to work with. We’ll be callin them again.Review from rsammy, Camberwell, London rsammy, Camberwell, London
