    Removal of Laurel hedge

    We had row of fairly mature laurels to be removed, a job further complicated as the trees had to be brought from the back garden through the house to the front, where they were chipped. Chris and Max had responded within minutes to our MyBuilder request, provided a very good quote and then turned up when they said they would. Chris and Max were both very professional, honest and good natured. The job took far less than I was expecting, and they cleaned up after themselves, including the walkway through the house. They were also happy to remove an additional tree, which was not originally quoted for. Very pleased with their work ethics, are more than happy to use them again and would recommend to anyone.

    Cut down two trees

    Excellent job! Very professional and quick. They took two trees down. Very highly recommended. Price is very excellent compared to what other tree surgeons were offering. 5* rating. Will use again as and when.

    Cut down two trees

    Very disappointed. Max asked me for photos of the job so that he could estimate it. He estimated a price, when he got there he doubled his estimate. We agreed to the new estimate. He got stung by wasps and had a bad reaction. He left every fence panel down and branches all over the garden. We paid him £280 to come back and tidy up. That was done and the wasp nest was dealt with by a specialist company. Then Max said he was too busy to complete the job. Leaving neutral feedback because I can’t comment on a job that wasn’t done.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I'm disappointed with this feedback when the customer said about the wasps being gone and they was swarming all over the garden on the second visit to complete the job I've refused to complete the job as I'm allergic to the wasps one the first visit I got stung by a swarm off wasps which i ended up in hospital . The customer assured me that the wasps have been cleared but they haven't I just don't want to get stung again. With regards to payment I pay the guys out off my own pocket on the first visit and the customer agreed to pay them £280 and I went out on the second visit to complete the job but I couldn't do as the wasps was still there. I'm sorry the job didn't get completed wish you all the best and I hope you get the wasps nest under the tree sorted soon. Kind regards

    Tree fell into neighbours garden

    Very satisfied with the job Max & Chris did today. Tree removal was quite difficult as it turned out! Friendly, polite and professional would recommend to others.(and quote was reasonable too)

    Trimming an apple tree

    Chris and Max did a fantastic job. I posted the request on My Builder and they got back to me straight away. They were then able to complete the job that week. They used hand tools so as not to wake the neighbours on a Sunday morning. They were knowledgeable about my tree and advised how to care for it properly. They were also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them. Sarah

    cut down 2 trees

    Turned up in extreme heat and worked non stop. Had to do an extra day as didnt finish in time , probably due to the weather and job was bigger than they realised. Did a good job, only tip I would give them is to possibly buy something to pick up the sawdust as the flower beds are now literally covered. something that cant be helped , but would have saved me a lot of time if they had a machine to hoover it up and would be a nice touch. Saying that I have no complaints and I paid extra as they worked so hard and did a really good job. That would just be something they might consider for other clients moving forward. I would definitely recommend. Polite , well mannered and hard working

    Trim down conifer

    They worked effectively and finished a second tree by evening. The area they cover is surprising and they seem much more motivated than local landscapers.
