Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Max and Doug. 3 very large trees needed to be cut down and cut into smaller pieces with waste left on site. After getting a quote via My Builder (where Emma was super responsive) we were booked in within a week. The day of, the duo arrived early at 7.45am and worked all through the day leaving at 7pm. Working almost nonstop they managed to squeeze two days of work in one and to a great standard! The waste was left very tidy and organised out of the way at the sides of the garden. Max was brilliant at keeping me up to date with the progress and providing guidance. There was a slight issue with a fence but he sorted this smoothly without blinking an eye and I truly appreciate this. We've had so many bad experiences with dishonest and lacking tradesmen that we approached this very hesitantly but it has been a breath of fresh air!
