Stephen responded almost immediately as he was on another job nearby and arrived within a couple of hours. He was extremely polite, pleasant and accurately assessed the job in hand and got on with it there and then. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing as he went along and finished the job satisfactorily, summarising what he had done and then leaving the workspace clean. The price was very reasonable and his professional attitude to his work was matched by his personable approach to me as the client. Would highly recommend.
