    Skimming of living room and hall way

    Lee came to skim my living room, hallway and landing and I have to say what a wonderful job he did. He came at quite short notice and moved other jobs around to fit me in when no one else could. Lee was efficient, clean, tidy and did a great job of the skimming at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to do any plastering work. He is coming back in a few weeks to plaster my kitchen too as I was so pleased with the work. Overall an extremely happy customer.

    skimming lounge ceiling

    Clean tidy, punctual polite and excellent finish. Have re hired for another job at my property and would have no hesitation to recommend him.

    Skim over

    From start to finish Lee of L.A Plastering was a great help. From the response on 'my builder', to the quoting, to the completion of the work. Very professional, very prompt. I'd had a terrible job done previously by another plasterer but Lee rectified the issue to a very high standard. Even though he was fully booked for the foreseeable future he made the time to help get me out of what was becoming quite a problem for me. I have had an awful time trying to find a reliable, clean/tidy, and efficient plasterer but Lee ticks all boxes. Could not recommend him enough. Any future jobs where I need a plasterer he will be my first call.

    plastering

    Lee plastered our two bedrooms and stairwell He was a fantastic plasterer Very good communication before and throughout the job Very high standard finish on all surface's Efficient timing and reasonable price He was very tidy and generally a really nice guy! Highly recommended!

    refurb

    Lee has been doing a large commercial project for us. He is a fantastic plasterer and very clean and we will be using him for all our projects across the south east. He turned up on time and prepared to work. Not only is he a great plasterer but he is a great person he is polite, respectful and has a great attitude as we we're delayed on another part of the project he even came back the next morning to help us out. he even called me before he started to see if I wanted a McDonalds coffee, it can't get any better than that. Don't look any further.

    I've built a fake wall witch will house the TVs in the lounge Size - 2.9 meters height 2.9 meters width 2 reivels 250 mm deep

    Turned up on time and did a fantastic job on my TV wall . Will hire again if and when I need more work doing and would hily recommend . Thanks again

    Kitchen ceiling

    Let me down at the last minute.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Nicholas, I didn't let you down at the last minute, I messaged you on he Wednesday before work was due to start and I never heard anything back from you. Also you never sent the correct deposit in time as per the work agreement you signed. On the work agreement it states what payments is excepted, you had sent a cheque in the post and unfortunately I don't accept cheques (also it would've had to been with me seven days before job starting to clear so I can get materials). You was very rude to me when I said that I can't do it now as I've not heard anything from you so I had to book another job in. All deposits must be clear before job starts. I have got the paperwork still if need to be shown.

    Kitchen Dining Plastering (Walls + Ceiling)

    This is the 2nd positive experience I have had with mybuilder. Lee arranged to visit shortly after I posted on the site and arrived promptly. He provided a very reasonable fixed price for the job and very reasonable additional rate when I couldn't compete some of the prep work I said I would do. Lee was very polite to both my children and wife. He turned up promptly each day and left the site in good state. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the professional finish he has provided to the walls and ceiling and are using him again in early December to complete the lounge. After that we will use him for the rest of the house. All in all a most positive experience and extremely recommended hire to anybody needing a plasterer. Thanks Lee!

    Cambridge Extension

    Lee was able to come to the job the next day and complete the plastering to the bathroom the same day, despite there being a great deal of prep to do first. He worked late into the evening to get it finished, even under poor lighting. I was very greatful. I would use him again in the future. Thanks Lee Gavin

    Plaster a wall

    Job was not completed. He walked away because there was wallpaper on the wall which needed removing.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    The reason why I could not complete the job was because at first you gave me the wrong address, I was at the first address you gave me for an hour (got there at 7:45 and left at 9am). Within this hour I knocked on the door if you times, then contacted you (the letting agent) I then rung the tenant but no answer. At the point of me being there for an hour you gave me the right address. Once getting to the correct address, I was going to start the work needed, but found wallpaper on the wall. I didn't have my steamer with me to take off the wood chip wallpaper as you had told me it was ready for skimming. I would be happy to return and complete if you would like me too.
