I’m sorry that I couldn’t get to you on the day as planned, my van failed it’s mot due to unforeseen circumstances that I could not of seen. I did offer to send my friend to replace me so there would of been no problem but you refused to have him come in my place.

    Skimming 2 walls

Lee was nice and prompt when we asked him to quote and came in very reasonably priced as well. He was able to fit us in at short notice which was really helpful. He started the job nice and early in the morning and was finished the room comfortably within a single day, including repairing some coving we had damaged during previous work. The work was done to a great, high standard without too much mess or disruption whilst I was working from home. Overall was really happy with the work for the price and will be using him again in future. Strongly recommended.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Toby I would like correct you on this. I have the email from your work colleague starting that it’s you and your company that had cancelled on me, all I said to your colleague is that I was concerned about the lack of water and electricity in the communal area of the flats. Email is available for evidence on request.
